FROM SIMPLE VENUE HIRE TO COMPLETE WEDDING PACKAGES

We would love you to spend your special day with us at The White Pheasant, we understand each wedding is unique so we are more than happy to tailor our venue to your requirements.

We offer simple venue hire or we have put together some packages to make things simpler.

OUR VENUE HIRE INCLUDES:

  • Exclusive use of the White Pheasant from 12pm, the day before to 12pm the day after
  • Hire of the cellar bar with lounge area, dancefloor located in an old vaulted cider cellar and purpose built wood and glass function room with panoramic views of the River Teme
  • Up to 2 fully stocked bar complete with bar staff to serve drinks
  • Venue manager for all your needs throughout the hire
  • Table and chairs for up to 80 people to sit down at either round or long tables
  • Our own in house catering team who can create a wedding breakfast and evening food for all budgets and tastes.
  • Use of orchards, hop yards and fields for your photographer to capture your special day

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

MAKING YOUR DAY EXTRA-SPECIAL

  • Non legal marriage celebration either in a traditional cider orchard, riverside meadow or in our purpose grown hop cathedral or even in our brewery!
  • Bed and Breakfast , self catering lodges (planning application pending) and camping available to guests
  • Hop bines for decoration (available August and September)

We also have a list of daytime and evening entertainment that you may require – anything from fire breathers to harpists!
